The Larson Group is master planning and designing the first 30,000 SF Sturman building as a next step at developing the 450 acre site of Sturman Industries. The Larson Group is partnering with Sturman and a competent team of consultants to develop a packaged ready-to-go concept for EDC attracted companies to own and occupy their own facility in this pristine, one of a kind location which offers a genuine “Colorado experience.”
The type of occupants that will live in these buildings will be the “STARs” of Science, Technology, Arts, and Research. This is a unique community that will be collaborators with Sturman in achieving technologies that will preserve the environment and improve lifestyles.
